Eligibility

  • Brazil eVisa application is exclusively available for American, Canadian, and Australian citizens holding passports of those nationalities, with tourism / transit or business purpose.

  • Passport should have at least 6 months of validity before arrival. The passport should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer.

  • International travellers should have return tickets or onward journey tickets, with sufficient money to spend during their stay in Brazil.

Non-Eligibility

  • Not available for individuals who do not possess a valid passport from the United States, Canada, or Australia.

  • Not available for Diplomatic/Official Passport Holders or Laissez-passer Travel Document Holders.

  • Not available to people endorsed on Parent's/Spouse's Passport i.e. each person should have a separate passport.

Notes:

  • The processing time is up to 20 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays.

  • The validity of Brazil’s multiple-entry eVisa is up to 5 years for Canadian and Australian citizens, and up to 10 years for American citizens, starting from the date of visa approval. It allows Multiple entries with a maximum stay of 90 days.

  • Brazil Visa Online is non-extendable, non-convertible & not valid for visiting protected/restricted and Cantonment Areas.

  • Applicants must fill eVisa application himself/herself give the correct information in each column and take responsibility for the correctness of the information provided.

  • When you arrive at the airport, make sure to carry the following documents in case the authorities request them:

    • Your valid passport

    • A printed version of your PDF eVisa
