Document Requirements for USA ESTA

USA ESTA application requires the following documents:

• A passport is valid for at least 6 months after your planned departure from the United States

• Parents information (Family Name, First Name, Phone Number)

Note: Please provide your national identification number if you are Singaporean and your personal identification number if you are Taiwanese.

Passport Requirements:

- Format: PDF/JPG

- Size: more than 100 KB

- Upload your passport which shows the following information: name, country of birth, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, issue date, expiration date, nationality
